Alien hunters are convinced that the object they discovered with Google Earth is a crashed spaceship in space covered with snow and ice.
The unidentified object was discovered near Antarctica on the island of Georgia in the South Atlantic Ocean, where only 20 people live, Telegraph reports.
Well-known web theorists of the site "Secureteam 10" had used satellite maps to zoom in and get clearer views of what is claimed to be a spacecraft, which is over three thousand meters long and is located on Mount Paget.
While many believe it's the work of aliens, one expert claims it's nothing more than a chunk broken off by glaciers.
Dr Richard Waller, a geographer at the University of Keele believes it is more the work of mother nature.
The bizarre footage shows the object sliding across the snow-covered surface, while the video has so far been viewed by more than 150 people since it was posted on YouTube. /Telegraph/
