The home appliance industry is undergoing a major transformation in 2025, as consumers prioritize smart, efficient, and environmentally friendly solutions that integrate seamlessly into their lifestyles.
With artificial intelligence (AI) leading the way, today's devices are not just functional tools, but intelligent assistants that anticipate users' needs, optimize energy consumption, and improve comfort.
“As AI and automation continue to advance, home appliances are evolving from simple machines to intelligent partners in everyday life,” said João Ramos, Digital Appliances Manager at Samsung.

According to an online survey by Samsung Electronics, consumers worldwide are looking for personalized home solutions that simplify household chores with minimal time and effort.
Between May 23 and 28, 2024, Samsung conducted an independent online survey with 1,880 participants aged 20 to 59 in South Korea, the United Kingdom and the United States.
The multiple-response survey targeted key home appliance users and key purchasing decision-makers, gathering insights on AI perceptions and the outlook for AI home appliances. /Telegraph/
