Maya Jama, 31, has wowed fans with her toned figure as she posed in a green bikini in a recent Instagram photo.

The "Love Island" presenter attributes her great body to an intensive Pilates workout and a body sculpting treatment that costs around 460 euros.

However, her routine is not strict: Maya makes sure to eat what she wants and when she wants, maintaining a balance between food and exercise, she writes. Dailymail.

She has revealed that she recently lost weight after a bout of food poisoning, but is now on a mission to gain weight and build more muscle.

"Some of us are naturally thin and we don't want to be. I like to have more rounded shapes, so I train with weights and eat late to maintain my body," Maya said.

She also recommends Pilates and weight-bearing exercises like leg raises, push-ups, and kicks to strengthen muscles.

In addition to exercise, Maya uses special body toning treatments that involve muscle contractions to strengthen the abdomen and thighs.

This combination of exercise and treatments has given her a toned body, without following strict diets.

Maya says that her routine not only helps her physically, but also has a positive impact on her mental health: "It helps me feel more energetic and positive when I exercise, compared to just staying in bed," she added. /Telegraph/
