Luis Diaz has become Bayern Munich's main target for the left wing, and the German club are working intensively to finalise the transfer this month.

According to 'Sport Bild', Bayern are optimistic that they can close the deal for the 28-year-old Colombian within the next seven to ten days.

Liverpool have already expressed their willingness to negotiate, although they are demanding a figure closer to €100m. Bayern, on the other hand, are not willing to go beyond €80m.

If an outright deal is not reached, the two clubs could consider alternative transfer models, including bonuses and percentages from the player's possible future resale.

"Sport Bild" mentions the possibility that Liverpool could retain a percentage of the profit if Diaz later moves to Saudi Arabia or another club.

At the same time, Bayern have offered Diaz a four-year contract with a gross annual salary of 14 million euros, much higher than his current salary of less than three million euros at Liverpool.

Now everything depends on the agreement between the clubs, while the player is open to a move to the "Allianz Arena". /Telegraph/
