The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has congratulated Peter Magyar for his victory in the elections in HUNgARY.

Through a reaction on "X", Kurti expressed congratulations on the election result, appreciating the support of Hungarian citizens for the values ​​of the European Union.


He emphasized that Kosovo welcomes this orientation and expressed readiness for further cooperation between the two countries in the future.

"Congratulations to Peter Magyar on his electoral victory in Hungary. Kosovo welcomes the support of the Hungarian people for the values ​​of the European Union and we look forward to working together," Kurti declared.


Tisza party leader Peter Magyar has won Hungary's parliamentary elections in Sunday's vote.

Orban has led Hungary for 16 years and in the April 12 elections he ran for a sixth consecutive term.

With 81.49 percent of the votes counted, the Tisza e Magyar party is expected to win 137 seats in the 199-seat parliament. The coalition of current Prime Minister Viktor Orban, Fidesz and the KDNP, according to the results so far, is expected to win 55 seats. /Telegraph/
