KosovaPress has obtained transcripts of communications between those accused of espionage for the Serbian BIA, Jelena Djukanovic and Aleksander Vllajic, who are being investigated for the criminal offense of espionage.

According to these materials, communications conducted on December 7, 2022 shed light on the manner of operation and exchange of information allegedly related to the BIA.

The conversation between these two confirms that Djukanovic and Vlajic are accomplices in the criminal offense of espionage.

The communication that KosovaPress has obtained between these two, where they talk about BIA, dates back to December 7, 2022.

In one of the conversations, Vlajić speaks positively about the reports that Djukanović had prepared for the Serbian BIA.

“(Laughs). Great.”

While Djukanovic adds:

“They will get sick reading it”

According to KosovaPress's source, she is referring to Serbian intelligence structures.

In the following communication, they use the term "large firm", referring to the BIA, while talking about the "data" they have forwarded to the Serbian service.

They also talk about the "quality" of the materials that Djukanovic, as the source confirms, has prepared for the BIA.

"...it could have been much better, but the content is accurate," it says, among other things, in their communication, which confirms their cooperation with the Serbian service (BIA).

Meanwhile, from what Vlajić replies, that "Everything is clear. They have it all and there is someone who deals with it", according to sources within the Prosecution, it is considered an indication that the prepared materials were forwarded further.

Otherwise, both suspects, Djukanovic and Vlajic, are involved in investigations for the criminal offense of espionage, while authorities have not yet provided full details on other evidence in this case.

KosovaPress had reported on the arrest of Jelena Djukanović on February 28, 2025, while she was employed by the OSCE, on suspicion of having forwarded documented information directly related to the constitutional order and institutional security of the Republic of Kosovo to Aleksandar Vllajić, identified as a resident agent of the Serbian Security and Intelligence Agency (BIA).

There are open cases against them, and tomorrow Djukanovic will appear before the Court again.
