Former NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe, General Wesley Clark, will appear on Monday, November 17, before the Specialist Chambers in The Hague.

He was originally expected to testify on November 18, but his testimony has been moved a day earlier, starting at 12:00.

The KDS has confirmed that Clark will be the last defense witness for former President Hashim Thaçi.

His testimony is expected to last until Wednesday, November 19, 2025, after which the court will hold a progress conference. In the meantime, the hearing scheduled for November 21 has been canceled.

The flow of Defense evidence

The Defense's evidence presentation process began on September 15, with three days of testimony from former US Assistant Secretary of State James Rubin.

Paul Williams, former legal advisor to the Albanian delegation in Rambouillet, then testified.

On September 22, John Stewart Duncan, former political advisor to General Clark at NATO, appeared before the jury, who concluded his testimony a day later.

Meanwhile, on September 30, James Peter Covey, former deputy UN representative in Kosovo, Bernard Kouchner, began his testimony, concluding his appearance on October 2.

The Specialist Chambers have announced that November 14 marks the end of the Defence phase.

Final submissions, as well as statements on the impact of the alleged crimes on the victims, are expected to be submitted by December 22, 2025.
