A baby has been born with two functioning (male) genitals but no anus, in a rare medical phenomenon.

The Pakistani boy's genitals are of 'normal shape' according to doctors who published the extremely rare case (a condition known as diphalia) in a medical journal.

However, one of the genitals was 1 centimeter larger than the other, reports the Telegraph.

The baby was able to pass urine 'through both holes', surgeons in Islamabad found.

However, they created an opening through a colonoscopy so that he could have a bowel movement.

Writing in the International Journal of Surgery Case Reports, the team claimed that the chances of having diphlia - as it is medically known - are one in six million. /Telegraph/
