Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse star Joey Morgan passed away on Sunday (November 21).
The actor, known for his role in the 2015 horror comedy, died aged 28.
"Joey Morgan passed away early Sunday morning. It was a shock and devastated all of us who loved him. He will be greatly missed," a representative for him said in a statement.

"We hope everyone understands how painful this is for his loved ones and can respect boundaries and allow them to go through this situation in privacy," it continued.
The director of the film Christopher Landon reacted with a status on Twitter, after the death of the actor, writes Mirror.

"Joey Morgan came into my life almost 9 years ago when I did Scouts. He was quiet, funny, intelligent and thoughtful. And when the cameras rolled he was magnetic. He passed away today and the news is heartbreaking. I am honored to have known him," he said.
After "Scouts Guide", Joey starred in the comedy "Compadres and Flower".
He also appeared on Netflix's Sierra Burgess is a Loser, and his latest role came in 2020's Max Reload and Nether Blasters. /Telegraph/
