Kosovo Police, today on 02.04.2026, interviewed the person BL, (1990) as a suspect, as it is suspected that in collaboration with other persons they have committed the criminal offenses; 'Fraud', 'Forgery of documents' and 'Legalization of false content'.
"There is a well-founded suspicion that the suspects, by forging the identification documents and property certificate of the complainant, have managed to illegally alienate his property with an area of seven hectares with an approximate market value of around Three (3) million euros, which is located in the municipality of Ferizaj, which they then parceled out and sold to third parties," the Kosovo Police statement states.
The police further add that based on the search warrant, a search was conducted at a location, where a mobile phone and documents related to the case were found and confiscated, while after the interview, by order of the prosecutor, the suspect was detained for 48 hours.
In this case, on February 19, 2026, the Kosovo Police arrested and detained four other persons who are suspected of having committed the aforementioned crimes in complicity.Telegrafi/
