Two short exercises, lasting only a minute each, will bring you great relief.

Basically, the starting position is the same – kneel slightly away from the bed, but close enough to rest your elbows on the bed.

Then slowly lower your spine and bring your arms together and close to your head.

The second exercise involves dropping the hips into the heels.
