American Chelsea Charms (38) is 157 centimeters tall, with a chest circumference of 165 centimeters. This abnormal breast size came after a surgical procedure that is prohibited in most countries.
One breast of this woman from Minnesota weighs more than 12 kilograms. In fact, her breasts are filled with implants based on prolypropylene, a material that is inserted into the breast to produce a natural serum. And, this serum increases more and more the number of tissues, which cause the continuous growth of the breast, Telegrafi reports.
Due to this fact, her breasts are constantly growing every month by several centimeters. With this in mind, she is forced to spend thousands of dollars on special bras every two months.
