The brother of Prime Minister Edi Rama, Olsi Rama, has filed a second lawsuit in the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office against the deputy of the Democratic Party, Gazment Bardhi.
According to the document provided by Euronews Albania, the prime minister's brother says that through the post that the chairman of the democratic parliamentary group made on Facebook, there are elements of the criminal offense of false reporting.
The case actually concerns the cocaine file in Xibraka's laboratory. Initially, Bardhi sent a letter to the Special Prosecutor's Office where he requested the continuation of the investigation for an unidentified person at that time, adding that Olsi Rama had traveled in the same vehicle with AA 653 DM as the accused in the criminal group.
The stance was followed by a lawsuit for "false accusation" by the prime minister's brother, but SPAK returned it since the democratic deputy had not filed a lawsuit.
At the beginning of May, the Special Prosecutor's Office registered the case and asked Bardhi to appear to testify. In his reaction, Bardhi said that an attempt was made to suppress the essence of the issue, whether or not the prime minister's brother was in the vehicle.
After that, Prime Minister Rama also asked for the full disclosure of the truth and in the end to punish whoever is the offender.
May 24th will now be expected when Gazmend Bardhi will present his testimony to SPAK. /Telegraph/
