"Women of the World" - Charity exhibition by photographer Gasper Sopi: Art in support of mothers and children

On May 15, Pristina will become the meeting place for a special event that goes beyond art – an exhibition that speaks with sensitivity, with heart, and with clear purpose.

In the warm environments of Tartine from 18:00 PM, the exhibition opens “Women of the World” by photographer originally from Kosovo Gaspër Sopi who lives in Zagreb.

Women of the World – When a camera becomes the voice of the feminine soul

There are stories that cannot be told in words. There are moments that even memory cannot capture, but only a photograph can keep them alive.

more 15 May, in Pristina, these stories will breathe life through the exhibition “Women of the World” by Gasper Sopi – an artist born in Kosovo, but with eyes and a heart that have seen the world.

In a warm environment like Tartine, at 18:00 PM, A different window opens – not just to photography, but to the lives of women from 17 different countries around the world.

These women are not models, they are not adorned for the camera. They are mothers, sisters, workers, saviors of themselves. They are faces that carry untold stories. They are smiles that have weathered storms, and eyes that speak even when they are silent.

This is not just an exhibition – it is an embrace of the feminine world.

For a decade, Gaspër Sopi has been pursuing the most sincere rays of light: those that emanate from women. Through his lens, he has not simply photographed women – he has preserved sacred moments. He has stopped time where the world would otherwise pass by without stopping.

And now, I bring these moments to Kosovo, for the first time.

But the beauty of this exhibition goes even deeper.

All the works that will be exhibited are for sale – and every cent raised will go to mothers and children to provide better quality health services, through the organization "Action for Mothers and Children".
