Women are on the ground.
May everything from them be perfected;
The universe is a complete mystery.
With their kiss it is revealed.

Surrounded by love,
From the wave and the celestial dome,
And, in essence, all of nature,
It is the ornament of that hand.

To the soul, everything gilded
It gives a perfume or color like a pelt;
God, if He had not created woman,
He wouldn't even have created the flowers.

What are your sparks worth?
Blue sapphire, without the crooked eyes?
Diamonds, without the beautiful maidens,
They are nothing but ficuses.

On lawns planted with sedge,
Roses sleep standing up,
And those mouths are open
Nothing to say.

What enchants or dreams?
He receives light only from women;
Pearl, without Eve, does not taste,
Oh, without you, oh proud beauty,

It all seems like an ugliness,
How could unrequited love go away,
It's nothing but weakness.
Of an animal in the night.
