The counting of conditional votes and votes of people with special needs began on Monday at the Counting and Results Center (CRC).

This phase is part of the final processing of the results of the early elections for the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo held on December 28, 2025.


According to data published on the official CEC platform, as of the moment of update, 18 out of 57 polling stations have been counted, or 31.58% of the total conditional votes.

So far, the Vetëvendosje Movement (LVV) is in a convincing lead with 49.81% (1,313 votes). The Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) is in second place with 20.45% (539 votes).

Third is the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) with 11.65% (307 votes) and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) – 8.95% (236 votes).

According to the CEC, there are a total of around 9,900 voters registered for conditional voting from 57 polling stations in 38 municipalities, as well as 2,860 voters registered for voting for people with special needs, who have been brought in for verification and will be counted during this process. /Telegraph/
