The Municipal Assembly of Kaçanik has unanimously approved the proposal for financial support for mothers who are expecting, one of the first promises of the mayor, Sabedin Vishi.
According to the decision taken, every new mother will receive financial support worth 200 euros, while the implementation of this measure will begin in January 2026.
Mayor Vishi described this decision as an important step in strengthening social policies in the municipality.
"My first promise as Mayor of Kaçanik to support expectant mothers, in the amount of 200 euros, was unanimously approved in the Assembly today," he wrote.
He emphasized that the commitment of municipal institutions will continue to be family-oriented.
"The implementation of this promise begins in January 2026. Caring for the family and especially for children remains our priority," Vishi declared.
The Municipality of Kaçanik has announced that details on the application criteria and procedures will be published in due course. /Telegrafi/
