Veterinarian Rami Selmani is the next guest on the PodGo show, with whom we discussed animal care, the solutions that authorities should offer for stray dogs, and other topics.

Selmani said that recently the number of people who care for animals has increased and they do this out of kindness, not to serve them. Selmani said that he was the first to open a clinic for dogs and cats in Tetovo and that at that time he was viewed with skepticism by society.

"It has been a long and arduous road. We work to protect people from animal diseases, especially from cats and dogs. I appeal to young people to study veterinary medicine, but there is no interest at all. It is a mistake for young people to decide to leave or study law," said Selmani.

Regarding pet care at home, he said that the number of people taking in pets has increased.
"Recently, when our children are busy with phones and television, some of them take care of cats or fish. Or if there are those who have problems, the cat helps them overcome difficult situations. Recently, young people, but also older people, have started buying pets," said Selmani.

"Animals are the best companionship at this time. We have failed as a society and now we trust animals more. Young people decide to escape the psychological war and take up animal conservation," said Selmani.

Regarding stray dogs, he said that this problem should be solved by a government decision and shelters for stray dogs should be built. /Telegraph/
