The former mayor of the Municipality of Podujeva and the current deputy of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Agim Veliu, has denied reports from some media that he will be on the list of candidates for deputies of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.
Veliu, through a post on Facebook, has said that a fake news published by a portal that he will be on the list of candidates for the AAK deputy was quickly distributed on the portals.
"Such news during the campaign, apart from being false, makes me suspect that it was ordered by those who want to attack my personality and the Democratic League of Kosovo", wrote Veliu, Telegrafi reports.
Veliu said that "for all those who claim to see me outside the LDK in any form, I have a message: no one and no force can remove Agim Veliu from the LDK".
"If you lack clicks and need to make sensational news, deal with those who change parties more often than suits! May God bless the Democratic League of Kosovo", wrote Veliu. /Telegraph/
