Actress Markie Post, known for appearing in 'Night Court' and 'The Fall Guy', dies

Markie Post, the actress best known for her appearances in "Night Court" and "The Fall Guy," has died at the age of 70.
The Post's manager, Ellen Lubin Sanitsky, confirmed the actress' death in a statement to Fox News on Sunday, noting that she battled cancer for nearly four years.
"Our pride is in who she was beyond acting," her family shared in a statement. "A loving and forgiving person in a harsh world."

She is said to have been born in 1950 in Palo, California. She began her career as a producer on the show "Double Dare."
However, the artist made appearances in the 1970s in “CHiPs”, “Barnaby Jones”, “The Incredible Hulk”, “The Lazarus Syndrome”, “Buck Rogers in the 25th Century” and “Hart to Hart”.

From there, the career continued on other high-profile shows such as "The Love Boat," "Cheers," "Fantasy Island" and "The A-Team."
Markie is survived by her husband, producer and writer, Michael A. Ross and daughters: Kate Armstrong Ross and Daisy Schoenborn. /Telegraph/
