Vajgl, Howitt and Kukan: The government endangers the Perzhino Agreement

The negotiators for the Perzhino Agreement Richar Howitt, Ivo Vajgl and Eduard Kukan have commented on the progress and security surrounding this agreement, saying that the current government and President Ivanov endanger the implementation of the agreement, informs Telegrafi Macedonia.

"We are deeply concerned because the dialogue between the four largest political parties brought us to a common approach to overcoming the political crisis in the country. In the current situation, we assess that the government composition which is not based on the Perzhino Agreement and is not compatible with all political parties presents a risk for the complete collapse of the Perzhino Agreement and turns the problem into the rule of law, the independence of the judiciary and the media and these seriously endanger the reform process and the Euro-Atlantic perspective of the country", commented the three MEPs in a joint letter evaluating the progress of the agreement./Telegrafi/
