According to Daytona Beach Police Department records obtained by Dailymail, Shields 'stated that the lead singer urinated on someone on stage, she was asking if there are any improvements [sic] for this as her 16-year-old was there and saw the incident with her own eyes'.
Police spokesman Messod Bendayan said investigators tried to call the complainant twice but received no response. As a result, Urista was not reported to the police and no charges are pending.
Under Florida law, indecent exposure is a first-degree misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in jail or a $1000 fine.
Urista, from New York, first rose to fame after appearing on the talent show The Voice in 2016.
The concert took place at Daytona International Speedway, which is operated by NASCAR. After the scandal caused by Urista's behavior, the group "Brass Against" has been banned from all NASCAR facilities.
"Daytona International Speedway does not condone the inappropriate actions that occurred during Thursday's 'Welcome to Rockville' event," NASCAR spokesman Russell Branham said in a statement to The Daytona Beach News Journal.
"I have to pee and I can't go to the bathroom," the rock singer told concertgoers. "So we can make a show out of it," she added.
Urista then hurriedly pulled down her pants and underwear and can be seen sitting down to urinate.
The singer didn't hold back as she emptied the contents of her bladder all over the balding man's head and face.
From footage captured by fans and later shared on social media, he appeared to be enjoying the experience as he bobbed his head back and forth as Urista's urine dripped down around him.
All the while, she managed to continue singing a rendition of Rage Against's "The Machine's Wake Up."
Many people on social networks were shocked by the scandalous act, who called the singer "garbage" for the unprecedented gesture made in public.
Over the years there have been plenty of other shocking moments on stage.
American musician, singer and songwriter Iggy Pop used to break bottles on stage, vomit and then roll on the shards of glass cutting his back and check before plunging into the crowd.
In 1993, the leader of a group known as "Blind Melon" decided to urinate on the entire first row of the audience. Shannon Hoon urinated on his fans gathered at the Pacific Coliseum in Vancouver.
A similar behavior was done by the group "The Almighty Defenders", who urinated in each other's mouths before spraying it all over the audience.
Australian band The Meanies had a habit of throwing fireworks into the audience. /Telegraph/
