Unique recipe: Shakshuka with REA's organic eggs

Shakshuka is a traditional Middle Eastern recipe known for its combination of eggs and aromatic tomato sauce, making it a great choice for breakfast or lunch.

Ingredients:

4 REA's organic eggs

1 tablespoons of olive oil

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 red pepper, diced

2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

400 g of chopped tomatoes (or a box of canned tomatoes)

Spices: salt, black pepper, chili powder, cumin

Fresh parsley for decoration

Preparation:

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and pepper until soft.

Add the garlic and let it fry for a few seconds, then add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, chilli and cumin. Let them simmer until the sauce thickens.

Once the sauce is ready, make four small wells and break the REA's eggs into them. Let them cook for a few minutes, until the whites are set but the yolks remain soft.
