"No official is worth ten times more than a worker," says the president of the Macedonian Trade Unions, Slobodan Trendafilov.

"In the news on Alsat, we talk about the demand for an increase in workers' salaries, the next stages in expressing workers' dissatisfaction, blackmail and the demand from the Government to repeal the General Collective Agreement for the Public Sector and to repeal the increase in salaries in the public sector, blackmail to repeal the right to the jubilee award, K-15 (education, health, MIA, ARM, etc.), we also talk about what MPs can do, what message is the Government sending that its representative did not appear today at the LSM to sign the Agreement for an increase in the minimum wage and for an increase in all other salaries and to sign a collective agreement for an increase in workers' salaries by 40%, we also talk about how political parties change their shirts when they are in opposition and when they are in power.

“Taking three coins from workers and giving them one is pointless.”

"The government should only listen to its own advice, which it gave two or three years ago, and stick to it," Trendafilov wrote on Facebook.
