"Women are more likely to show patience, more care, and greater determination."

Parallel to the efforts to promote gender equality, according to director Haziri-Sopi, the institutions are increasing support and support for women.

Haziri-Sopi holds a leadership position and through the Telegraph she confesses that along the journey, she has learned many important things from her achievements.

"I wouldn't say proud, but I am satisfied anyway that Gjilan will no longer have the repeated finding of the Auditor "Non-use of the electronic asset system, e-assetura", an electronic system for recording non-capital assets that our Municipality is obliged to use since 2010", she said, emphasizing that thanks to the sincere commitment of the team, they have managed to prove the care for the property, the assets of the municipality.

She emphasizes that during her engagement in this position, she was also the bearer of several important processes for the municipality and the citizens of Gjilan.

"Together with the Office of the Kosovo Statistics Agency, we organized the population census in coordination with the Municipal Commission and 36 supervisors and 136 registrars, with daily challenges and confrontations in the field, for several weeks", she said, underlining the importance of budgeting with participation, which is a new form of planning that enables citizens to directly participate in setting priority projects in the neighborhood or village.

Haziri-Sopi, as a woman with a leadership position in the public sector, says that in decision-making a woman faces the same difficulties as every man, only that according to her, the difference lies in the approach.

"Women are more likely to show more patience and care and higher determination," she says.

According to her, each woman and each man is valued for what they carry as value, commitment and results and achievements, because according to her, traces always remain there.

The challenges have no gender, and according to the director, they are not intended for a specific gender.

"Challenges have no gender or gender destination, they are of different natures depending on their processes and complexity, we accept them as common and treat them together", described the director.

Through mutual understanding and sincere commitment, according to her, challenges are easily overcome.

"The more complicated the processes, the more pronounced the difficulties, but when the cooperation is good and there is mutual understanding and sincere commitment, they are easily overcome," she said.

In a society where awareness of gender equality is growing, women's participation in leadership processes has become increasingly visible.

"With the continuous rise of social awareness, today where there are men there are also women, in every process, add to this what until recently was and sometimes continues to be a secondary commitment, the commitment of women at home", said the director. Haziri-Sopi.

Through a clear and inspiring message, director Haziri-Sopi says that every woman must have the courage to commit to the development of the country and society with her potential, honestly and with dignity.
