The unnamed owner, from Solihull in the West Middlands, presented the photos taken on her stolen phone, which were posted on a social media account, to the police station.
Hajni, who has not yet been identified, took a selfie without knowing that the applications that are in operation would post the image, Telegrafi reports.
"Everyone who has knowledge about this man, notify the law enforcement," is the request for the identification of the robber.
