The Basic Court in Pristina has announced a conviction against the accused Driton Dobruna for threatening the journalist Vehbi Kajtazi, sentencing him to 150 days in prison.
The judgment against the defendant Dobruna was announced on Monday by the judge, Dibran Jusufi, reports "Oath for Justice".
Judge Jusufi announced that the accused Dobruna's detention will be suspended, while his sentence will be executed within 15 days after this judgment becomes final.
The accused Dobruna and the prosecutor of the case Paulin Pashku were not present at today's session, while the injured party Kajtazi participated.
