Ingredients:
- 35 grams of powdered sugar;
- 225 grams of mascarpone cheese;
- 1 spoon of extra vanilla;
- 4 small spoons of brandy, or any desert wine;
- 170 ml of sweet cream;
– 4 cookies;
– 225 ml of strong coffee;
– grated chocolate.
Preparation:
First mix the sweet cream and sugar.
Mix mascarpone cheese, wine and vanilla extract separately.
Then mix the solution with mascarpone cheese and sweet cream.
Soak the cookies in coffee, arrange them in a glass and pour the solution on top.
Sprinkle the grated chocolate over the dessert.
