Three foods and drinks that you think are healthy, but are the opposite of that

Imagine how hard it is when you eat something you don't like, just because you think it's healthy - but in the end you find out that it's actually not healthy at all.
As it turns out, people who try to eat healthy often make mistakes and eat unhealthy foods.
Telegraph brings you some of the foods that are not as healthy as they seem:
"sugar-free" foods
Some sugar-free foods contain aspartame, which has been linked to weight gain. All sweeteners have undergone some type of chemical process, and some have been linked to stomach problems.
Diet drinks
Artificial sweeteners in diet drinks trick your body into thinking you're eating or drinking real food. This causes an increase in insulin, which is ultimately converted to fat - so, after all, these drinks are not diet at all.
Healthy cookies
They may look, sound, and feel healthy, but they are loaded with sugar. /Telegraph/
