Sometimes, a sex session can last a long time, but sometimes it can be very short.
Many of us may be curious to know how long should sex last?
Now, Dr. Brendan Zietsch, a psychologist at the University of Queensland, has provided an answer to this.
In an article for The Conversation, he examined all the latest research - and found that sex can last anywhere from 33 seconds to 44 minutes, averaging each time a couple has sex.
The average time a couple spent having sex was 5.4 minutes. Dr. Zietsch explains that, such timing of the sexual act is normal.
There were some secondary results as well. For example, condom use did not seem to affect timing.
Another interesting finding was that for older couples, the time to perform a sexual act was shorter than for other couples.
