They trusted the navigation, ended up with the 17-meter yacht on the sand dune on the beach of the Spanish island

This is the bizarre moment a group of tourists were left stunned when their yacht and crew crashed into a sand dune on a Spanish island beach after navigation failed them.

Footage that has gone viral since June 22 shows the yacht stuck vertically on a sand dune at Esplamador in Formentera, Spain, the Telegraph reports.

The 17-meter ship, which has a price of 500 dollars, can be seen as it ended up on top of the sand hill where its nose was left in the "air".

According to PowerYacht, the yacht was traveling at a speed of 70 kilometers per hour when it crashed and ended up in the sand dune.

There are no reports of damage to the ship, while Spanish media claim that no one on board was injured. /Telegraph/
