Called "Barbie the human doll", 33-year-old nurse Tara Jayne has spent over 180 thousand euros to completely change her appearance

She is a self-described 'human Barbie doll' who transformed herself by spending $200,000 (180,000 euros) on cosmetic procedures - including five breast augmentations, six nose jobs and endless rounds of Botox and fillers.
And Australian nurse Tara Jayne McConachy was hard to miss as she showed off her surgically enhanced appearance in Melbourne on Tuesday. Dailymail.
The Instagram model, 33, who rose to fame last year after appearing on E!'s show Botched, was seen accompanied by her mother as they arrived together at Crown Melbourne's luxury restaurant Nobu for lunch.
Turning heads as she walked down the footpath, Tara left little to the imagination wearing a pair of sheer tights and pink sandals.
The heavily tattooed medical worker completed her look with a pink and blue Louis Vuitton handbag worth $8650 (€7800), while wearing a set of blue fake nails.
For make-up, Tara accentuated her cosmetically altered features with dark pink blush, black lipstick and dramatic eyeliner.
At one point, she was seen looking at her mobile phone, possibly updating her popular Instagram account, which boasts more than 147,000 followers.
In August, Tara appeared in Todd Sampson's flagship documentary series Mirror Mirror, which told the story of a group of Australians who were passionate about cosmetic surgery.
In this documentary, Tara described herself as a 'limited edition Barbie doll', also complaining about the inadequacy of her breasts.
"I think I want to make my breasts bigger," she said throughout the documentary.
She had previously appeared on the show "Botched" in hopes of convincing doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow to give her larger implants.
"Everything is small for me... I'm on a quest for bigger breasts!" she told the doctors on the show.
"I currently have 540 CC [silicone breast implants] and I'm just not happy with them at all," she said.
Tara said she had noticed a 'ripple effect' in the skin of her chest and was hoping that 'filling in more space' would fix the problem.
But she was left disappointed when doctors said her weight was 'dangerously low' at 45kg, making her too thin to carry larger implants.
"I'm really worried about Tara's overall well-being," Dr Nassif said.
"Not only does it have to do with the surgery, but she really has to be healthy physically and mentally."
Tara said she would stop at nothing to maintain and even improve her body.
"There are no limits for me when it comes to plastic surgery. I'm so addicted and I already want bigger breasts," she added.
"As soon as travel is allowed, I have plans to return overseas to visit my surgeon and increase my breast size to 1500cc [from 1050cc - their current size]."
"I think in this day and age, it's very important for a woman to be able to express how she feels and just express everything about beauty," she told The Morning Show last year.
"Plastic surgery is how I do it and it's what makes me happy. It gives me the confidence to be the best version of myself," said the Australian nurse.
Tara recently joined adult subscription website OnlyFans to help fund her lifestyle and future makeup work.
To see her provocative photos and videos, subscribers pay up to $25 (22 euros) and she has boasted that she managed to earn $10,000 (9,000 euros) in the first three days of her access to the platform. /Telegraph/
