The Special Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Pristina - Special Department, against the defendant LD, due to the commission of the criminal offenses "Assault on an official person" and "Participation in a crowd that commits criminal offenses and hooliganism".
According to the indictment, on 29.05.2023, near the facility of the Municipality of Zveçan, in coordination with other defendants of Serbian nationality from Kosovo and Serbia, through the use of violence they attacked and seriously threatened the soldiers of the peacekeeping mission of KFOR as well as some members of the Kosovo Police.
"The State Prosecutor from the Special Prosecutor's Office has asked the Court to declare the defendant guilty and to continue his detention until the conclusion of this criminal case," the announcement states. /Telegraph/
