"Both requests are related to the decision of the Court of Appeal entitled Decision on Issuing a New Sentencing Decision for Salih Mustafa. Mr. Mustafa claims that the Court of Appeal panel violated the law in determining the sentence for the charge of unlawful killing and asks the Supreme Court Panel to set a lower sentence for this charge, or return it to the competent panel for a decision. young. "The prosecution challenges the legality of the 15-year sentence handed down by the Appeals Chamber as too low and asks the Supreme Court Panel to refer the case back to the Appeals Panel to set a new sentence," said Doyle.

During this conference, the indictments against Hashim Thaçi, Bashkim Smakaj, Fadil Fazliu, Isni Kilaj and Hajredin Kuçi were also discussed, accusations related to allegations of illegal attempts to influence the testimony of witnesses.
