The work of the composer Bashkim Shehu is played in "Smetana Hall" in Prague

The well-known composer from Kosovo, Bashkim Shehu, whose works are being played in the most popular classical music halls in Europe, this Saturday will be in "Smetana Hall", in the city of Prague, where his work will be performed. for piano, accordion and orchestra.

Otherwise, Shehu is a well-known composer and teacher in the Croatian province of Istria. He is a lecturer at the Academy of Music, in the city of Pula.

He is also the founder of one of the biggest classical music festivals of this region (Istria Festival), in which well-known music names such as Luciano Pavaroti, Placido Domingo, Jose Karreras, etc. have performed.

He initiated the activation of the cultural manifestation Summer of Pula (Puljsko ljeto) and was also active in the revival of the cultural life of the Albanian community in Croatia.

Shehu's compositions have been published or performed in Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Tirana, Moscow, Paris, Hanover, Prague, New York, Amsterdam, Stuttgart, etc.
