The tragic death of the KSF official, Prishtina Prosecutor's Office: It is suspected that the victim fell from the 11th floor of the building

A man is reported to have died while he was working in a residential building on "Gucia" street in Pristina, yesterday, 09.11.2024, around 16:00.

Regarding the tragic case, the Kosovo Security Force also reacted, which announced that the deceased was a civil official in the General Staff of the KSF.

"We inform all the members of the Kosovo Security Force and the Ministry of Defense, that after a tragic accident, the former soldier of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Defense Forces and Kosovo Security Force, Liman Musliu, has passed away. civilian official position in the General Staff of the Kosovo Security Force" - it is stated in the announcement of the KSF issued today, on 10.11.2024.

According to the announcement, the commander of the Kosovo Security Force, Lieutenant General Bashkim Jashari, expressed his condolences to the family and friends of the deceased, appreciating his contribution to the KSF.

While the Spokesman of the Prosecution of Pristina, Skender Govori, said the victim allegedly fell from the 11th floor of the building while he was working.

Govori has confirmed that after receiving the information, the guardian prosecutor and the Serious Crimes prosecutor, together with the police investigators, went to the scene and are handling the case of the victim's death.

"It is suspected that a worker fell from the 11th floor. The guardian prosecutor and the one for Serious Crimes went to the scene, the prosecutor gave the order for the autopsy and ordered the victim to be sent to the IML and they took all the actions together with the police officers at the scene" - said Govori for KALLXO.

Regarding the death of Liman Musliu, his brother, imam Osman Musliu, also reacted.

He has indicated that his brother's funeral will take place on Monday, 11.11.2024, in the village of Likoc at 15:00.

Otherwise, the case is being treated by the Kosovo Police as - destruction, damage or removal of protective equipment and jeopardizing safety in the workplace.
