Tragic accident on the road Prishtina - Ferizaj: Record amount of compensation from the insurance company "Scardian"

A tragic accident, which happened on the Pristina-Ferizaj road and resulted in three deaths and one seriously injured, was handled in an exemplary manner by the insurance company "Scardian".

After the complete treatment of the case, it was announced that "Scardian Sigurime" has made one of the largest compensation payments in the insurance industry in Kosovo.

The injured parties have been compensated under TPL (Compulsory Motor Liability) insurance, with a total value of 600,000 Euros. This constitutes one of the largest out-of-court compensation agreements, at the same time the largest compensation for this year, emphasizing the dedication and professionalism of the "Scardian" company.

This case was handled in complete harmony and high professionalism between the insurance company "Scardian" and the legal representatives of the injured party, lawyers Sheremet Ademi, Leutrim Ademi and Alban Ademi, without the need for the intervention of the competent courts. The agreement included full liability event compensation.  

Underscoring the high standards of service, the company "Scardian Sigurime" made the payment of the damage compensation within 24 hours from the moment of signing the agreement.
