Murat Yakin has made a statement about the match that Switzerland will play as a guest of Kosovo on September 9 at the "Fadil Vokrri" stadium as part of the Euro 2024 qualifiers.
The Helvetii coach has called this match a brotherly one, but he has complained about the condition of the field in Pristina.
"I knew from the draw that this could be one of the most difficult matches in the group", said Yakin for 20min.
"Also emotionally. You have players connected to Switzerland, we have players connected to Kosovo".
"However, the emotions in this fraternal duel will only be positive. I'm more worried about something else."
"The field in Pristina was in a very bad condition during the last home match against Romania."
