The decision, among other things, states that judge Giju, after reviewing the submissions of the parties, has decided that there are reasonable suspicions that Kilaj has committed criminal offenses against the administration of justice included in the jurisdiction of the DHSK, and that, for reasons of flight and other risks, the further detention of the suspect is appropriate", the announcement states.

Kilaj was arrested on November 3 of this year.
