On Thursday, the Special Court arrested the former mayor of the Municipality of Malisheva, Isni Kilaj.
His arrest was made on Thursday morning, his son, Blend Kilaj, confirmed for KosovaPress.
"They arrested him this morning at 7 o'clock, the reasons are unknown, they sent him to the EULEX offices to then transfer him to The Hague", he told KosovaPress.
The former KLA commander, Kilaj was arrested a year ago by this Court.
Kilaj's release was made possible on condition of bail, in May of this year.
