The public enterprise "Macedonian Roads" announced that maintenance teams have been continuously on the ground throughout the night, cleaning all state roads to keep them passable for traffic.

"Circulation takes place in winter conditions on wet roads with residual snow on the road. The services of the enterprise with all the machines and the workforce continue to free the roads for normal traffic.

"We appeal to all drivers to respect the legal provisions for driving in winter conditions and to have winter equipment for their cars, to drive carefully, to respect the established traffic signs and to respect the recommendations of traffic services", it is stated in the announcement from NP "Roads of Macedonia".

According to information from DPHM, snowfalls of varying intensity in the morning hours are being recorded nationwide, therefore NP appeals to monitor the atmospheric conditions and citizens who plan to travel to inform the traffic services in time about the state of state roads.
