The Pentagon has confirmed the authenticity of newly leaked footage showing multiple UFO sightings by US Navy personnel, as the government prepares to release a first-of-its-kind UFO report this summer.
According to FoxNews, an 18-second video shows what is described as three pyramid-shaped UFOs flying over the battleship USS Russell at night in July 2019 off the coast of San Diego.
At one point, the pyramid-shaped object was said to be about 200 meters above Russell's "tail".
This is said to be the first video the public has seen of the July 2019 incident in which mysterious UFOs described as unmanned aerial vehicles are said to have "harassed" at least three US warships during military exercises over several days.
Months ago, an FA-18 pilot reportedly used his cellphone to snap photos of three different unidentified aircraft off the coast of Oceana in March, including two UFOs called "Metallic Blimp" and "The Sphere."
The unidentified aircraft captured by the pilot in March 2019 was able to remain stationary in strong winds without any movement, beyond the capability of similar known devices, according to Mysterywire.com.
"I can confirm that the photos and videos referenced were taken by Navy personnel," Defense Department spokeswoman Susan Gough told Fox News.Telegrafi/
