Prime Minister Edi Rama has made another post on social networks after the official opening of the first group of chapters of negotiations with the European Union.
According to the head of the government, Albania 2030 will raise the flag of Skanderbeg and Ismail Qemali in the courtyard of the United European Family in Brussels.
