Night of Fires in Prekaz, the flames of freedom are lit

With the lighting of the flares in the "Night of Fires" tonight in Prekaz and the concert in Skenderaj, the manifestation in memory and honor of the Epic of the Kosovo Liberation Army and the heroism of the legendary commander Adem Jashari, the Jashari family and all those who fell for the freedom and independence of Kosovo.

The lighting of the flares took place at the "Adem Jashari" Memorial Complex in Prekaz.

After lighting the flares, the "Night of Fires" manifestation continued with a cultural-artistic program in "Adem Jashari" Square in Skenderaj.

Simultaneously at 18:00 in seven regions of Kosovo, bonfires were lit in memory of the glorious Epic of the KLA and the Jashari family, on the 26th anniversary of the heroic fall of the legendary commander Adem Jashari and the Jashari family.

With the act of the fall of the legendary commander Adem Jashari, his family and other Jasharis, Kosovo overcame fear, opening the paths of freedom and the future. And not by chance, in Prekaz, in the neighborhood of Jasharë, the biggest monument of the fight for freedom, independence and democracy has been erected, and on these days and dates, precisely March 5,6,7, XNUMX, XNUMX, every year, the attention of the entire Albanian nation is turned from the legendary Prekazi, who gave Kosovo a lot for centuries and years.
