Netflix's new film starring Tom Hardy is the most watched in the world
The film "Havoc" by director and screenwriter Gareth Evans was released two days ago on Netflix.
According to FlixPatrol, "Havoc" is currently the most-watched movie on Netflix worldwide.
The main role in this action film is played by Tom Hardy and the rest of the cast consists of Jessie Mei Li, Justin Cornwell, Quelin Sepulveda, Luis Guzman, Michelle Waterson, Sunny Pang, Jim Caesar, Xelia Mendes-Jones, Yeo Yann Yann, Timothy Wlyphitant and Forest Olyphtaant.
What is the movie about?
The film tells the story of detective Walker (Tom Hardy), who after a failed drug deal, must penetrate the corrupt criminal world to save a politician's son and expose the network of corruption.
The film takes place in a dark, corrupt city, where detective Walker, burdened by demons and his past, sets out in search of Charlie (Justin Cornwell), the son of politician Lawrence Beaumont (Forest Whitaker).
Charlie and his girlfriend Mia (Quelin Sepulveda) become targets of thugs and corrupt cops after finding themselves caught up in a deadly chain of events. Walker, with the help of young police officer Ellie (Jessie Mei Li), tries to save them and face his sins.
