The house of the mayor of Istog, Ferati, is robbed: The act shocked the security of my family

An act of robbery was reported yesterday afternoon in Gurrakoc of Istog, where the house of the mayor of the Municipality of Istog, Ilir Ferati, was targeted by some unknown persons.

According to the Kosovo Police, the perpetrators broke into the house by force, taking cash and gold jewelry, causing considerable material damage.

In a public statement, Mayor Ferati expressed his concern and disappointment for this serious act:

"Last night, my house in Gurrakoc became the target of an unacceptable act of theft. In addition to economic damages, the loss of family heirlooms of spiritual and historical value makes this event even more painful. This act has shaken the sense of security of my family and myself, as a citizen and as the Mayor of the Municipality."
