Guy from the Cayman Islands became the fastest swimmer of all time!

Jordan Crooks, a 22-year-old from the Cayman Islands, today became the fastest swimmer of all time, breaking a major record.

Crooks clocked an incredible 20.08 seconds in the 50m freestyle events at the World Championships in Budapest in 25m pools.

In this way, he broke by eight hundredths of a second the world record in the shortest section in swimming, which as of 2020 was owned by the famous American Caeleb Dressel.
