The best reason why not to fight

While most experts would say that it's best not to keep our feelings inside, whether they're pleasant or not, in order to maintain our health, newer research has shown that frequent fights can double the chances of early death
One such research, published in the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health, studied the social relationships of almost 10 women and men aged 36 to 52 in Denmark, and found that men are more at risk, as are those people who have been unemployed for a long time, Telegrafi reports.
One in ten respondents said that the partner and children are the ones who have the greatest demands and cause them the most worries, 6 percent of the respondents said that their family causes them exactly those things, while 2 percent of others have similar problems with friends.
6 percent of respondents have frequent quarrels with partners and children, 2 percent quarrel with family members, while only 1 percent quarrel with friends.
Frequent fights were associated with two to three times the risk of death from any cause compared to people who said they rarely fought.
Those who have more frequent demands and worries caused by children or a partner are at least 50 to 100 percent exposed to the risk of death.
Research has shown that stressful social relationships, from those with a partner to relations with neighbors, are associated with the risk of death in both middle-aged men and women, Danish scientists point out.
Experts say men are particularly vulnerable to partner-induced anxiety, despite previous conflicting findings that have shown women are more sensitive to social bonds. /Telegraph/
