Karan Singh from Meerut, India, is two meters tall and stands out from many of his peers who only approach him at the waist.

The eight-year-old child who continues to grow, is believed to be the tallest in the world, as far as this age is concerned, Telegraph reports.

He is the son of basketball player Shweatlana, who at 2.18 meters has become the tallest woman in India, and the father who is now about two meters tall.

"His health condition is excellent, we send him for the necessary doctor's checks and feed him with a special diet", said his mother regarding the case.

His main problem is finding clothes and shoes, which have to be ordered because they are not available in regular stores. /Telegraph/
