The former police investigator in the north for the attack in Ibër-Lepenc: Mystery why the explosive was not placed at the foot of the bridge, but in the middle of it

On the evening of November 29, an explosion with explosives took place in the Ibër-Lepenci canal in Varragă of Zubin-Potoku.

The former police investigator, Murat Mehmeti, has stated that the main perpetrators of this were people close to the Serbian president, Aleksandar Vučić, and one of the main reasons was the "displacement of attention" from the internal problems of governance in Serbia.

Mehmeti further said that the perpetrators of the terrorist attack in Zubin-Potok did not intend to cause greater damage, and if such a thing was planned, they would attack the legs of the bridge and not its middle.

Mehmeti emphasized that even the Serbian master criminal, Milan Radoicic, may have "knowledge" of Friday's attack.

"There is no doubt that Vuçiqi is connected. He was silent for two days. Vuçiqi intended to send the message here with a tendency to shift attention. There were 15 victims due to the tragedy that came due to poor construction. Vucic is not arresting anyone. Displacement of problems, here in Kosovo. If the entire territory of Kosovo had been without electricity, the consequences would be very great".

"Milan Radoicic, surely there is information while he continues to pay 500 people with salary. With a simple calculation, about 1 million euros. He got rich off the back of the Kosovo state. Veselinovic did not live in Kosovo, and the gambling connection caused this".

"Vučić is politically bad, he can go to the elections, he promised the Germans lithium. Shifting attention from Vuqiç's internal problems. They are not amateurs. It does not appear that there was any intention to cause major problems. There were no human casualties, even the explosion of the past few days had no human purpose. I am sure that someone from his internal structures carried out this attack", said Mehmeti.

The former investigator emphasized that this attack in Zubin-Potok was planned, but that the attacker did not want to have serious goals and harm people.

"It was planned. The reason for the relations we have with the state of Serbia and this conflict is like a volcano, which periodically erupts lava. The perpetrator did not intend to cause major problems because, if the perpetrator intended to cause serious problems, he would have had to break the leg of the bridge. The place where the explosive was chosen sent a signal to Pristina and our country, but there were no serious or big intentions. And he wanted to cause a bigger problem, he would break the legs of the bridge", said Mehmeti.
